Baked Mexican Multi-grain Crackers/ Puri



Preparation time – 15 minutes
Baking time – 40 minutes

Ingredients:
Multigrain Flour - 1 cup
Black sesame seeds – 1 Tablespoon
Black pepper powder – 1/2  Teaspoon
Maxican seasoning – ½ Teaspoon
Chilly flakes – 1 Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil – 2 Tablespoons 
Water as required




Method:

Mix all dry ingredients well, add required water and knead semi hard dough. Rest it for 10 minutes.

Divide dough into 4 equal parts. 


Roll out each portion into a 3 inch diameter. Cut into your favorite shape with help of cookie cutter.

Prick the all crackers with fork. Apply some oil with the use of baking brush.

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 c  for 20 minutes, then turn around, bake for 20 minutes or till the crackers are golden brown.

Let it cool down.

Store in an air-tight container.




Note: I have Samsung Convection Microwave bought from Snapdeal. Baking time may differ as different brands.
