Coconut milk Panna cotta


Preparation time – 15 to 20 minutes
Cooking time – 10 to 15 minutes
Chilling time – 4 to 5 hours




Ingredients:
Coconut milk - 200 ml
Cream – 50 ml
Sugar – 5 to 6 Tablespoons
Agar Agar/ china grass – 1 Teaspoon
Vanilla essence – ¼ Teaspoon




Method:

Add china grass and 3 tablespoons hot  water into a small bowl, mix it into paste. Make sure there are no lumps.

Heat pan, add coconut milk, cream, sugar, vanilla essence and bring to boil. Add china grass till it dissolves completely.

Pour this into mould.

Refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours.

Serve chilled with chocolate sauce.





Tip : you can add sugar as per your taste. Also serve with some fresh fruits or canned fruits.
