Corn Palak Paneer Ki Tikki


Preparation Time – 20 minutes
Cooking Time – 10 minutes
Serving – 6 to 7 Tikkis

Ingredients:
Potato, boiled, peeled, grated – 1 medium
Spinach, blanched – 150 gm
Corn, roasted – ¼ cup
Paneer, cut into cubes – 50 gm
Garlic – 7 to 8 cloves
Green chilly – 3 to 4
Salt to taste
Garam masala – ½ Teaspoon
Chaat masala – ¼ Teaspoon
Amchur powder – ¼ Teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
Brown bread, toasted – 3 to 4

Ingredients for minty dip:
Hung curd – ½ cup
Salt to taste
Green chilly chopped – 1
Lemon juice – 1 Teaspoon
Mint, chopped - 5 to 6 leaves



Method:

Take mixi jar, add blanched and squeezed spinach, roasted corn, garlic, green chilly, garam masala, chaat masala, amchur powder, cumin powder, salt, toasted bread cubes and blend well. Add paneer and blend again.

Take this blended mixture in bowl. Add grated potatoes and mix well.

Divide them into equal portions. Shape them as per your choice. And shallow fry with 2 to 3 tablespoons oil or butter till golden brown with both side.

Take one bowl, mix all the ingredient of dip.

Garnish with roasted corn and minty dip.

Serve hot with minty dip.
