Roasted Corn Chaat



Preparation time – 15 minutes
Cooking time – 2 minutes

Ingredients:
butter - 1 Tablespoon
Tomato, chopped – 2 medium
Roasted corn – 1 cup
Onion, chopped – 1 medium
Cucumber, chopped – 1 medium
Pepper powder – ½ Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Red chily powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
Chaat masala – ¼ Teaspoon
Tomato catch up – 1 to 2 Tablespoons
Lemon juice – 1 Tablespoon

Method:

heat butter in pan, add roasted corn, salt and saute for 1  to 2 minutes. switch off the flame. Let it cool down.

Take one bowl,  add mix all ingredients together and roasted corn.

 serve it.
