Sprouts with spring onion


Preparation time – 5 minutes
Cooking time – 5 minutes
Serving – 2

Ingredients:

Sprouts – 1 cup
Spring onion greens – 1/4 cup
Spring onion whites – ¼ cup
Olive oil – 1 Tablespoon
Cumin seeds – ¼ Teaspoon
Curry leaves – 4 to 5
Turmeric powder – ¼ Teaspoon
Black pepper powder – ¼ Teaspoon
Coriander powder – ¼ Teaspoon
Cumin powder – ¼ Teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1 Tablespoon

Method:

Heat olive oil in kadai, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, spring onion whites and mix well.

Add sprouts, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, mix well.

Add spring onion greens, lemon juice, mix well.

Serve it.
