Dabeli Sandwich


Preparation time – 15 to 20 minutes
Cooking time – 8 to 10 minutes

Ingredients:
Bread slices – 6 to 8
Potato, bolied, peeled, mashed – 1cup
Dabeli masala – 3 to 4 Tablespoons
Oil – 2 Tablespoons
Water – 3 to 4 Tablespoons
Butter – 1 to 2 Tablespoons
Mint Chutney – for serving

Method:
Heat oil in kadai, add dabeli masala and water. Mix well.

Add mashed potatoes and mix well. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Let it cool down.

Take one bread slice, apply butter, and spread 2 to 3 tablespoons potato mixture. Put another bread slice over it and press slightly. Prepare the remaining sandwiches.

Apply a little butter on one side and place them on a grill buttered side down. Apply some butter on the top side and close the grill. Grill till golden brown.

Serve hot with mint chutney.

Tip : Dabeli masala available in super market.
