
Ingredients:
Rice – 3 cup
Urad dal – 1 cup
pepper powder- 1 to 2 Teaspoons
Salt to taste
oil - as required
Fruit Salt - 1 Teaspoon
Method:
Soak rice and
dal seperatly for whole night. Grind coarsely and seperatly. Ferment for 6 to 7
hours.
Add salt and pepper
powder and mix well.
Add fruit salt
and hot oil and mix well.
Take steamer
plate and spread oil. Pour sufficient batter and make thin layer.sprinkle pepper powder and steam
for 10 to 12 minutes on till cook well.
