Palak(spinach) Shorba shots


Serving – 2

Ingredients:
Water – 2 cup
Palak(spinach), washed, chopped – 1 cup
Fresh Green peas – ¼ cup
Onion, chopped – 1 small
Garlic cloves – 2 to 3
Pepper powder – ¼ Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Lemon juice – 1 Tablespoons
Curd, whisked – for garnishing

Method:
Heat 2 cup of water In pan. Add palak, peas, onion, garlic cloves and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Let it cool down. Blend well together.

Heat pan, add blended paste. Add salt, pepper powder, mix well. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add lemon juice and garnish with curd and serve hot.


Tip: you can add pepper powder and lemon juice as per your taste.
