Oats with Lemon Pepper

Serving – 2

Ingredients:
Oats – 1 cup
Water – 2 cup
Lemon juice – 2 to 3 Tablespoons
Black pepper powder – ½ Teaspoon
Lemon zest – ½ Teaspoon
Salt to taste

Method:
Heat pan and roast oats for 3 to 4 minutes. Add 2 cups of water, salt and cook till mixture dry.

Add black pepper powder, lemon zest, lemon juice and mix well.

Serve hot.


Tip : Zest is a food ingredients that is prepared by scraping from outer, colorful skin of citrus fruits such as Lemon, Orange, Lime .
