Ingredients:
Poha , soaked - 1 /2 cup
Oats , Roasted - 1 / 2 cup
Oil - 3 Tablespoons
Mustard Seeds - 1 /2 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds - 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Curry Leaves - 4 to 5
Green chilli , chopped - 2
Garlic ,chopped - 1 Tablespoon
Potatoes ,chopped - 1 Medium
Onion , chopped - 1 Medium
Peanut - 2 Tablespoons
Turmeric Powder - 1 /2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice - 2 Tablespoon
Sugar - 1 Tablespoon
Fresh Pomegranate Seeds - 1
Tablespoon
Tomato Slices , for garnishing - 3 to 4
Method :
Heats one pan , add oats and roast them for 3 to 4 minutes . stir continuously
. keep aside let it cool down.
Heat oil in kadai , add mustard seeds ,cumin seeds and let them splutter. add curry leaves ,
peanut , chopped garlic , green
chilli and mix well . add chopped potatoes and saute for 2 to 3
minute. add onion and cook for 1 minute.
Add salt , turmeric powder , red
chilli powder , mix well .
Add soaked poha , roasted oats , sugar , and mix well . cook for 1 to 2
minutes.
Add lemon juice , and mix well . garnish with tomato
slices , pomegranate and serve hot .
