Vegetable Fried Brown Rice with Sesame seeds


Preparation Time - 30 to 35 minutes
Cooking time - 10 to 15 minutes

Serving - 2

Ingredients:
Brown Rice, Boiled - 1 /2 Cup
Onion, Diced - 1 Medium
Carrot, cut into triangle - 1 Medium
Green Capsicum, cut into triangle - 1 Medium
Red Capsicum, cut into triangle - 1 Medium
Yellow Capsicum, cut into triangle - 1 Medium
Spring Onions Green - 1 / 4 Cup
Cabbage, cut into triangle - 1 / 4 cup
Ginger Paste - 2 Teaspoons
Garlic Paste - 4 Teaspoons
Oil - 2 Tablespoons
Salt to taste
Pepper Powder - 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Soya Sauce - 2 Tablespoons
Vinegar - 1 Tablespoon
Sesame Seeds - 3 Tablespoons

Method :

Heat oil in pan, add carrot, ginger paste, garlic paste, cabbage, onion, red - green - yellow capsicum saute on high flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Add salt, pepper powder, sesame seeds and mix well.

Add soya sauce, brown rice, vinegar and mix well. add spring onion greens and mix well .cook for 1 minute.

Garnish with spring onion and serve hot.
