Ingredients:
Moriya ( Jungle Rice)- 3 /4 Cup
Oil - 2 Tablespoons
Cumin Seeds - 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Curry Leaves - 4 to 5
Green Chilli , chopped - 3
Carrot , Chopped - 1 /4 Cup
Onion , Chopped - 1 / 4 Cup
Potato , chopped - 1 / 4 cup
Turmeric powder - 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Coriander powder - 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Fresh coriander leaves - 1 Tablespoon
Water -1 1 / 2 cup
Method:
Heat presser cooker , add moriya , water ,
turmeric powder ,salt and mix well . cook for 4 to 5 whistle or till done. let
it cool down.
Heat oil in kadai ,
add cumin seeds , curry leaves , green chilly ,
potatoes ,carrots ,cook till soft . add onion , coriander powder , cumin powder , red chill powder and cook for 1 minute . add cooked
moriya and mix well .cook for 1 to 2 minutes . add fresh coriander leaves , serve hot with rice papad or curd .
