Methi Toor Dal Fry

Serving -2

Ingredients:
Toor Dal ( Split Pigeon Dal ) - 1 / 2 cup
Oil - 2 Tablespoons
Cumin seeds - 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Hing   - 1 / 4 Teaspoon
Curry Leaves - 4 to 5
Dry red  bor Chilly - 1 to 2
Onion , Sliced - 1 Medium
Ginger Paste - 1 Teaspoon
Garlic Paste - 2 Teaspoons
Kasuri Methi - 1 Teaspoon
Salt To taste
Red chilli powder - 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 Tablespoon

Method:
Soak Toor Dal for 1 hour , presser cook dal with 1 cup of water for 4 to 5 whistle . let it cool down .
Heat oil in kadai , add cumin seeds , hing , curry leaves ,dry red chilly , sliced onion garlic paste , ginger paste and saute till onion become brown . add salt , red chilly powder ,  turmeric powder ,garam masala and mix well . 
add boiled dal , kasuri methi and mix well , cook for 4 to 5 minutes . switch off the flame . add lemon juice and mix well .
Serve hot with roti or rice .
