Tawa Brown Pulao ( Brown rice Flavored with Vegetables and Paubhaji Masala )


Serving - 2

Ingredients:
Brown Rice , Boiled - 1  cup
Mutter , Boiled - 3 tablespoons
Onion , Finely Chopped - 1 Medium
Tomato , Finely Chopped - 1 Medium
Capsicum , finely Chopped - 2 tablespoons
Oil - 2 Tablespoons
Cumin Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Garlic Paste - 1 Tablespoon
Ginger Paste - 1 /2 Tablespoon
Red Chilli powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt to Taste
Pau bhaji masala - 1 Teaspoon

Method :
Heat oil in pan , add cumin seeds  , ginger paste , garlic paste ,chopped onions and saute till golden brown. add tomato and saute for 2 to 3 minutes .add  chopped capsicum, red chilli powder , salt , pau bhaji masala and mix well . add boiled brown rice and mix well cook for 2 to 3 minutes .
Serve hot with papad or raita or curd.
