Sprout Curry


Serving - 2 

Ingredients:
Sprouts - 1 cup
Onion , Chopped - 1 Medium
Tomato , chopped - 1 Medium
Garlic , Chopped - 1 Tablespoons
Ginger Paste - 1 Teaspoon
Curry Leaves - 5 to 7
Oil - 2 Tablespoons
Cumin Seeds - 1 Teaspoons
Hing - 1 /2 Teaspoon
Red chilly Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Salt to taste
Sambhar Masala - 1 Teaspoon
Lemon Juice - 1 Tablespoon
Water - 1 / 2 cup
Fresh coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon

Method :
Heat oil in kadai , add cumin seeds , hing , curry leaves , Onions , ginger paste , garlic saute for 2 to 3 minutes . add tomatoes and saute for 2 to 3 minutes . add sprouts, salt , red chilli powder , turmeric powder , sambhar masala  and mix well . cook for 2 minutes .  add water mix well and cook for 5 to 6 minutes . switch off the flame , add lemon juice and coriander leaves and  serve hot with roti or rice .
