Ingredients:
Baby Potatoes, Parboiled, peeled - 15 to 18
Oil - 2 Tablespoons +
To deep fry
Schezwan Chutney - 2 Tablespoons
Onion , Diced - 1 Medium
Capsicum, Diced - 1 Medium
Soya Sauce - 2 Tablespoons
Sweet Chilly Sauce - 4 Tablespoons
Corn Flour - 1 Tablespoons + 2 Tablespoons
Water - 1 / 2 cup
Salt to Taste
Sugar - 2 Tablespoons
Vinegar - 1 Tablespoons
Sugar - 2 Tablespoons
Vinegar - 1 Tablespoons
Spring Onion - 3 Tablespoons
Method :
Take one bowl, add 2
Tablespoons corn flour and boiled baby potatoes and coat well. Heat Oil in kadai and deep fried baby
potatoes till golden brown. keep aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil, stir fry onions and capsicum for 1 to 2 minutes. add
schezwan chutney , soya sauce, sweet chilli sauce,sugar,vinegar,salt and mix well .
Mix water and corn flour properly and add into pan and mix well .
Add fried baby potatoes and mix well cook for 2 to 3 minutes. add spring onion and switch off the flame .
Garnish with spring onion and serve hot .
