Eggless Oats Carrot Cake


Ingredients:
Oats , Crushed - 1 / 2 cup
Condensed Milk -  1 / 2 cup
Oil - 1 /2 cup
Carrot ,grated - 1 / 2 Cup
Vanilla essence - 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Baking Soda - 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Baking Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Cinnamon Powder - 1 /2 Teaspoon
Nutmeg Powder - 1 / 4 Teaspoon
Wheat Flour - 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients For chocolate truffle :
Chocolate 2 Tablespoons
Cream 3 Tablespoons
butter 1 Tablespoon

How to make Chocolate Truffle  :
take one bowl  , add chocolate and micro for 30 sec , add butter ,cream and again micro for 10 sec. mix well .let it cool .keep aside .


Method :
Pre Heat Oven for 10 minutes at 180 c.
Take one bowl , add all dry ingredients like crushed oats , baking soda ,baking powder , cinnamon powder , nutmeg powder ,wheat flour ,carrot and mix well .
Take another bowl  mix condensed milk and oil very well . add vanilla essence and mix well .add all dry ingredients mixture into it and mix well.
Take silicon mold and pour mixture and bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 180 c .
Take rest for 10 minutes , and unmold , garnish with chocolate truffle .
Serve it .

Tip : you can use any type of mold .. if u do not have silicon mold , 1st grease the mold and dust with maida ( all purpose flour) . u can easily unmold cake.
