Amrood ( guava) ki sabji


Serving - 2

Ingredients:
Amrood ( guava)  ,chopped - 1 big
Oil - 3 Tablespoons
Cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Hing - Pinch of
Salt to taste
Red Chilli powder - 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1 /2 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Cumin Powder - 1 /2 teaspoon
Water - 4 Tablespoons
Fresh coriander leaves - 1 Tablespoon

Method :
Heat oil in pan , add cumin seeds , hing , chopped guava ( amrood) and mix well .
Add salt , red chilli powder ,turmeric powder ,coriander powder , cumin powder and mix well . add water and mix well . cover the lead .cook for 5 to 6 minutes or till Amrood become soft .
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti or paratha .
