Power Booster Smoothie


Serving - 2

Ingredients:
Apple  , chopped- 1 Medium
Banana , Chopped - 1
Oats - 2 Tablespoons
Honey -  4 to 5 Tablespoons
Sugar - 1 Tablespoon
Milk , Chilled - 500 ml
Dry fruits ,semi crushed - 1 to 2 Tablespoon

Method :

Blend all the ingredients together and serve chilled .
