Karela Crunch

Ingredients:
Karela , Cut into Round Shape - 250 gm
Besan - 2 to 3 Tablespoons
Oil - To deep Fry
Salt To taste
Red Chilly Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Chat Masala -  1 Teaspoon

Method :
Heat oil in Kadai .
Mix Karela and besan very well . and Deep Fry  on medium flame till Crispy .
Sprinkle salt , red chilly powder , chat masala and mix well .

Serve it .
