Golden Kiwi Jelly With Fresh Masala

Serving - 4 Jelly

Ingredients:
Kiwi , golden  - 1
Water - 100 ml + 1 cup
China Grass ( Agar Agar ) -  5 gm
Salt To Taste
Sugar - 2 Tablespoons
Rock Salt - 1 /4 Teaspoon
Cumin Seeds Powder -  1 / 4 Teaspoon
Pepper Powder -  1 / 4 Teaspoon
Cherry - For garnishing

Method:
Blend kiwi with 1 cup of water .
Take one pan , add 100 ml water  , china grass boil till china grass melt . add kiwi juice  , sugar and boil till sugar melt  . switch off the flame .
Add salt , black salt , cumin seeds , pepper powder and mix well .let it cool.
Pour the mixture into mold and Garnish with cherry, put jelly into freeze for 1 hour  and Serve chilled .


Tips : you can use orange juice or black current juice or any type of fruit juice .
