Corn and suji Balls


Serving - 8 to 10 Balls

Ingredients:
Corn , Boiled , Semi Crushed - 1 /2 Cup
Paneer , Grated - 2 Tablespoons
Suji ( Rawa ) - 1/4 Cup
Milk - 1/ 2 Cup
Ginger  , finely chopped - 1 Teaspoon
Green Chilli , Chopped - 2
Gram masala - 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Lemon Juice - 1 Tablespoon
Corn Flour - 1 Tablespoon
Water As Required
Dry Bread Crumbs - 1 / 2 Cup
Oil - To Deep Fry

Method:
Take one pan , roast suji till little brown . Add milk and mix well . cook till mixture dry.
Take one bowl  , add suji mixture , paneer , semi crushed corn , Ginger , Green Chilly , Garam masala, salt , lemon juice  and mix well . shape into balls .
Make corn flour slurry  . take one plate , add dry breadcrumbs . 
Deep balls into corn flour slurry , roll it into dry bread crumbs and deep fry till golden fry . Drain  on absorbent paper .
Serve hot with sweet chilly sauce or tomato chilly sauce .
