Aloo tikkiya Chaat


Serving - 2

Ingredients:
Potatoes , Boiled , Peeled , grated - 4
Paneer , grated - 100gm
Red chilli powder - 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 Teaspoon
Green Chiliies , chopped - 2
Ginger ,chopped - 1 Teaspoon
Fresh Bread crumbs - 3 Tablespoons
Corn flour - 1 Tablespoon
Salt to taste
Chat masala - 1 / 2 Teaspoon
Oil - to deep fry
Green chutney - 2 Tablespoons
Dates and tamarind chutney - 3 Tablespoons
Sweet Curd - 3 tablespoons
Fresh Coriander leaves - 2 Tablespoons

Method:
Take one bowl, add potatoes, paneer, red chilli powder, garam masala, green chillies , ginger , bread crumbs, cornflour, salt, chat masala,  and mix well . Shape them into tikki and  deep fry till golden brown . Drain it on absorbent paper .

Take serving plate and arrange tikki , pour green chutney, dates and tamarind chutney,  sweet curd, sev  and sprinkle coriander leaves .

Serve it .
