Sujiyana Bread


Suji ( Rawa) - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Water - As Required
Onion , Chopped - 2 medium
Green chilli, chopped - 2
Carrot , Grated - 1 medium
Fresh coriander leaves ,chopped - 2 Tablespoons
Chana dal - 1 Tablespoon
Urad Dal (Skinless) - 1 Tablespoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Hing - Pinch Of
Red chilli Powder - 1 /2 teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Oil - 2 Tablespoons
Bread - 4 to 5 pieces

Method :
Take one bowl, add suji,curd, chopped onions, green chilli,  red chilli powder,salt and mix well . add required water and make batter as pouring consistency .

Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds, till its crackle. add chana dal, urad dal and saute for 1/2 minute. add hing and mix well . add this tempering to the suji mixture and mix will. keep a side.

Take one bread slice, apply suji mixture, put on non stick tawa. apply some oil and  cook till suji mixture  brown .

Flip the bread and apply suji mixture another side , apply some oil and  cook till suji mixture brown .

Serve hot with tomato catch up or dates and tamarind chutney .
