Masala Corn Cheese Balls ( Corn and cheese mixed with cornflour , maida and deep fried )


Preparation time - 15 minutes
Cooking time - 15 minutes
Serving - 8 to 10 Balls

Ingredients:
Corn, Boiled, Semi Crushed - 1 /2 Cup
Processed Cheese, Grated - 1 Cup
Corn Flour - 1 Tablespoon
Maida ( all purpose flour) - 1 Tablespoon
Ginger, Finely chopped - 1 Teaspoon
Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Lemon Juice - 1 Tablespoon
Baking soda - Pinch
Green Chilly , Chopped - 2
Red Chilly Powder - 1 /4 Teaspoon
Cumin Powder, Roasted - 1 /4 Teaspoon
Fresh coriander Powder - 1 Tablespoon
Water - As Required
Oil - To Deep Fry

Method :

Heat oil in kadai, to deep fry cheese balls.

Mix together all the ingredients, shape into balls, and deep fry till golden brown.

Serve hot with tomato chilli sauce.
