Dahi besan ke kale chane



Serving  - 2

Ingredients:
Kala chana , Boiled - 1 / 2 Cup
Curd - 1/4 Cup
Besan - 1 Tablespoon
Water - 1/4 Cup
Garlic Cloves - 8 to 10
Oil - 1 Tablespoon
Cumin Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Curry Leaves - 3 to 4
Hing - Pinch Of
Turmeric Powder - 1 /2 Teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1/ 2 teaspoon
Salt To Taste

Method:
Heat oil in pan , add cumin seeds , curry leaves , hing , garlic cloves and mix well till brown.
Add boiled Kala chana ,salt ,red chilli powder , turmeric powder ,salt and mix well.
Take one bowl  , add besan ,curd mix well .add water and mix well ,  add this mixture to the Kala chana and mix well .cook for 2 to 3 minute or till its done ..
Garnish with mint spring.
Serve hot with rice or roti .
