Cheese Corn Curry



Serving - 2

Ingredients:
Cheese , grated - 3 cubes
Corn , boiled - 1/2 Cup
Paneer , grated - 25 gm
Capsicum , finely chopped - 2 Tablespoons
Onion paste - 2 medium
Tomato Paste - 5 medium
Ginger Paste - 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic Paste - 2 Teaspoons
Garam Masala - 1 to 2 Teaspoons
Red chilli powder - 1 Teaspoon
Kasuri Methi - 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt to Taste
Cream - 3 Tablespoons
Cashew nut paste - 1 Tablespoon
Oil - 2 Tablespoons
Butter - 1 Tablespoon


Method:
Heat butter in pan , stir fry corn and capsicum. keep aside .
Heat oil in pan ,add onion paste ,garlic paste ,ginger paste  and saute for 3 to 4 minutes. Add tomato paste and saute for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add cashew nut paste ,red chilli powder ,gram masala , salt and mix well.Add grated paneer , corn ,capsicum, mix well.
Add cream and cook for 2 minute . Add kasuri methi into gravy and cook for 1/2 minute. .switch off the flame and add 1 tablespoon grated cheese , mix well.
Garnish with cheese  and serve hot with paratha or nan.
