Achhari Poha ( Poha tempered with pickle Spices )


Serving - 2

Ingredients:
Poha , soaked - 1 Cup
Fenugreek Seeds( Methi Dana)  - 1/4 Teaspoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 /2 Teaspoon
Fennel Seeds ( saunf)- 1 / 2 teaspoon
Dried Red chilies - 3 to 4
Cumin Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Onion Seeds -  1 /2 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1 /2 teaspoon
Garlic ,chopped - 1 Tablespoon
Ginger , Chopped - 1 / 2 Tablespoon
Salt to taste
Lemon Juice - 2 Tablespoon
Sugar - 1 Tablespoon
Oil - 3 Tablespoons
Curry Leaves - 4 to 5
Potatoes ,chopped - 1 Medium
Onion , chopped - 1 Medium
Fresh coriander Leaves - 2 Tablespoons

Method :
Grind together fenugreek seeds  , mustard Seeds  . fennel Seeds  , dried red chilly to a coarse powder .
Heat oil in kadai  , add cumin seeds  , onion seeds ,curry leaves ,  chopped potatoes and saute for 2 o 3 minute.
Add garlic , ginger , onion  , saute for 1 to 2 minute.
Add turmeric powder , Ground Spices , salt   mix well .
Add soaked poha , sugar , lemon juice and mix well .

Add fresh coriander leaves and mix well . garnish with mint leaves and serve hot .
