Spicy Corn Khichu.( makke ke aata cooked with water , garlic ,ajwain , green chilli )




Ingredients:
Makki ka atta  - 1 cup
Water - 2 cup
Garlic Paste - 2 Tablespoons
Green Chilli Paste - 2 Tablespoons
Ajwain - 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Oil - 3 Tablespoons
Method:
Heat oil in pan ,add garlic paste , green chiili paste and saute . add water , salt , ajwain and boil for 1 to 2 minute. add makki ka atta and mix well , make sure lumps should not be there. cook for 4 to 5 minute on slow flame and keep stirring continuously.
Serve hot with desi ghee.
