Semolina Toast




Ingredients:
Semolina ( suji ) - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Water - As Required
Onion , Chopped - 2 medium
Green chilli , chopped - 2
Carrot , Grated - 1 medium
Fresh coriander leaves ,chopped - 2 Tablespoons
Chana dal - 1 Tablespoon
Urad Dal (Skinless) - 1 Tablespoon
Mustard Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Hing - Pinch Of
Red chilli Powder - 1 /2 teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Oil - 2 Tablespoons
Bread - 4 to 5 pieces
Black sesame seeds - 2 Tablespoons

Method :
Take one bowl , add semolina ,curd , chopped onions , green chilli ,  red chilli powder ,salt and mix well . add required water and make batter as pouring consistency .
Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds , till its crackle . add chana dal , urad dal and saute for 1/2 minute. add hing and mix well . add this tempering to the semolina mixture . mix well . keep a side.
Take one bread slice and toast on non stick tawa . apply semolina mixture on toasted side , sprinkle black sesame seeds  , put on non stick tawa ,  cook till semolina mixture  brown .
Serve hot with tomato catch up , green chutney  or dates and tamarind chutney .
