Masaledar Stuffed Bhindi



serving - 1 

Ingredients for Stuffing:
Red Chilli Powder - 1  teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1 /2 Teaspoon
Salt To taste
Coriander Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Cumin Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Amchur Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1  Teaspoon
Bhindi , silted - 10 to 15 

Ingredients for tempering :
Oil - 2 Tablespoons
Cumin Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Hing - Pinch Of

Method :
Take one bowl , add red chilli powder , turmeric powder , salt , coriander powder ,cumin powder , amchur powder , garam masala and mix well.
Stuff the bhindi with masala and keep aside.
Heat oil in pan add cumin seeds , hing , add stuff bhindi and mix carefully , add remaing  cover it for 5 to 6 minutes or till its cook .
Serve hot with roti.
