Sprout BhelPuri


Serving - 1

Ingredients:
Puffed Rice (Murmure) - 1/2 cup
Boiled Kala Chana (Black Bangal Gram) - 1/4 cup
Sprouts Bean( Moong Bean)- 1/4 cup
Chopped Onions - 3 Tablespoons
Chopped Tomatoes- 3 Tablespoons
Raw Mangoes , Chopped - 2 Tablespoons
Boiled Potatoes , chopped - 2 Tablespoons
Roasted Chana Dal - 1 to 2 Tablespoons
Wheat Khakhra , Broken - 2 to 3 Tablespoons
Red Chilli Power - As Per Taste
Salt - To Taste
Chat Masala - To Taste
Curd , Whisked - 2 to 3 Tablespoons
Dates & Tamarind chutney - 3 to 4 Tablespoons
Green Chutney - 2 to 3 Tablespoons
Fresh Coriander Leaves - 2 to 3 Tablespoons

Method:
Combine all ingredients together and mix well and serve with puri .
