Moong Masoor Dal


Ingredients:

Moong Dal (Split Green Gram) - 1/4 cup
Masoor Dal - 1/4 cup
Ginger Paste - 1 Teaspoon
Garlic Paste - 2 Teaspoons
Green chilly Paste - 1 Teaspoon
Curry Leaves - 5 to 6
Turmeric Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Hing - Pinch Of
Oil - 2 Tablespoons
Muster Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Cumin Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Water As Required
Salt To Taste
Fresh Coriander Leaves - 1 Tablespoon

Method:

Soak Both dal together for 1 hour and presser cook till it become soft .
Take one pan heat oil , add mustard seeds  , cumin seeds till it crackle . Add Ginger paster ,garlic paste ,green chilli paste and saute .
Add hing , curry leaves ,turmeric powder , boiled dal nad mix well.
Add Water As Required , salt , red chilli powder  , mix well and cook for 5 to 10 minutes .
Ready to Serve.
