Besan Wali Bhindi


Serving - 2 

Ingredients:
Mustard Oil / Any Edible Oil - 2 Tablespoons
Bhindi - 250 gm
Cumin Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Hing - Pinch Of
Onion , Sliced - 2 medium
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Cumin Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Besan - 3 to 4 Tablespoons
Onions Seeds (Kalonji ) -1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste

Method:
Take one pan heat Mustard Oil , add cumin seeds , hing and sliced onions ,salt and mix well.
Add Bhindi  ,turmeric powder ,red chilli powder , coriander powder , cumin powder and mix well .cook for 5 to 10 minutes or till bhindi is done .
Add Besan and onion seeds (kalonji) , mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes .
Serve hot.
