Baked Mughlai Palak Paneer ( Made By My Hubby , It was very delicious )


Serving - 2

Ingredients:
Boiled Spinach Paste  - 1 cup
Paneer  cubes - 100 gm
Tomato Puree - 1 Cup
Onion  , Chopped - 2 Medium
Ginger Paste - 1/2 Tablespoon
Garlic Paste - 1 Tablespoon
Coriander Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt to Taste
Cashew nut Paste - 2 Tablespoons
Garam Masala - 1 Teaspoon
Oil - 2 to 3 Tablespoons
Butter - 1 Tablespoon
Grated Processed Cheese - 1/2 Cup

Method:
Take one bowl , add spinach paste ,salt , and mix well keep aside.

How to Cook Mughlai Paneer :
Take one pan heat oil and butter , add chopped onions and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes. Add ginger paste ,garlic paste and saute for 1 minute. Add coriander Powder ,red chilli powder and saute . Add cashew nut paste and mix well .add 4 to 5 tablespoon water and mix well . Add tomato puree and cook for 3 to 4 minute. Add salt  , garam masala and paneer cubes and mix well .cook for 1/2 minute and switch off the flame.

How To assemble :
Take one microwave oven proof bowl , make palak layer ,spread it well. 2 layer is mughlai paneer ,spread it well . 3rd layer is Grated cheese .
Keep Baking dish in the oven and bake for 2 to 3 minutes or till the cheese melts .Serve hot.
