Sukhavala Chana Masala



Ingredients:

Boiled Kala Chana - 1 cup
Onions Sliced - 1 medium
Tomatoes Sliced - 1 Medium
Green Chilly - 2
Curry Leaves - 4 to 5
Hing - Pinch Of
Cumin Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Olive Oil -  1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Fresh Coriander Leaves - 2 Tablespoons
Amchur Powder - 1 Teaspoon

Method:

Take one pan heat olive oil . Add cumin seeds , curry leaves , hing , Green chilli and mix well .
Add Onions and tomatoes and mix well . Add kala chana , salt , amchur powder  and mix well. Switch off flame . Add Coriander Leaves and serve it.
