Panjabi Rajma Masala

Serving - 2

Ingredients:

Boiled Rajma - 1 cup
Onion Paste - 2 medium size
Garlic Paste - 1 Tablespoon
Ginger Paste - 1 Tablespoon
Chopped Tomatoes -  4 medium size
Red chilli Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - Pinch Of
Panjabi Garam Masala - 2 Teaspoons
Salt To Taste
Water As Required
Oil - 2 Tablespoons
Fresh Coriander Leaves - 1 Tablespoon

Method:

Take pan heat oil , add ginger - garlic paste , onion paste and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add Chopped tomatoes , salt  and saute for 3 to 4 minutes .
Add red chilli powder , turmeric powder , panjabi garam masala  and mix well.
Add Boiled rajma and required water and mix well . Cover Pan with lead and cook for 4 to 5 minutes .
Serve Hot with rice or parathas.
