Mangalorean Toi



Ingredients:

Soaked Toor Dal - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 2 Tablespoons
Ginger Grated - 1 Teaspoon
Chopped Green Chilli - 2
Salt To Taste
Turmeric Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Hing - Pinch Of
Muster Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Dried Red Chilli - 3 to 4
Curry Leaves - 7 to 8

Method:

Take one presser cooker  , Add Soaked Toor Dal , grated ginger , green chilli , salt & turmeric powder and 1 and half cup water & mix well . cook for 3 to 4 whistle.
Take one pan heat ghee , add muster seeds , hing , dried red chilli , curry leaves  , mix well , add toor dal and cook for 4 to 5 minutes .
Serve Hot with rice or as per your taste.
