Ma ki Daal ( Combination of urad dal + Buttermilk )


Serving : 2 

Ingredients:

Urad Dal , (skinless )Boiled - 1 cup
Butter Milk - 1/4 cup
Water As Required
Oil - 3 Tablespoons
Muster Seeds - 2 Teaspoons
Curry Leaves - 4 to 5
Hing  - 1/2 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Red Chilli Powder - 2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste

Method :
Take one pan heat oil , Add Muster seeds  , as they begin to splutter , add curry leaves , hing , turmeric powder , add boiled urad dal , mix well.
Add red chilli powder , salt , butter milk , water if required ,  simmer it for 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve Hot.
