Kale Aalu

Ingredients:

Boiled Potatoes Dices - 1 cup
Ghee - 1 Tablespoon
Muster Seeds - 1 Tablespoon
Cumin Seeds - 1 Tablespoon
Hing - Pinch Of
Onions Seeds - 2 Teaspoons
Kala Til ( Black Sesame Seeds) - 2Teaspoons
Cumin Powder - 2 Tablespoons
Pepper Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Amchr Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Kala Namak - To Taste
Garam Masala - 1 Teaspoon
Water - 3 Tablespoons

Method :

Take one pan heat ghee. Add muster seeds , cumin seeds , hing , oninos seeds , kala til , boiled potatoes and mix well.
Add cumin powder , pepper powder , amchur  powder , kala namak , garam masala & mix well.
Sprinkle some water & mix well . cover it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve hot with Roti.
