Cheesy Kofta In Red Curry


Ingredients For Kofta:

Boiled Potatoes - 1/4 cup
Grated Cheese - 1 cup
Fresh Bread Crumbs - As Required
Salt To Taste
Chopped Green Chilly - 2
Garam Masala - 1 Teaspoon
Chat Masala - 1 Teaspoon
Oil - To Deep Fry

Method for Kofta:

Take one bowl , add all the ingredients , mix well . Divide into 6 to 8 portion , give them shape and deep fry till its become golden brown.

Ingredients For Curry:

Oil - 3 Tablespoons
Onion Paste - 1/2 cup
Garlic Paste - 1 Tablespoon
Ginger Paste - 2 Teaspoons
Tomato Paste - 1 cup
Salt To Taste
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 2 Tablespoons
Garam Masala - 1 Teaspoon
Kasuri Methi - 1 Teaspoon
Coriander Leaves - 2 Tablespoons

Method:

Take one pan heat oil . Add Onions Past , garlic paste , ginger pate and saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add Tomato Paste , saute for 4 to 5 minutes.
Add salt , red chilli powder , garam masala mix well . add kasuri methi saute for 1 minute .
Add Coriander leaves , serve hot with nan or paratha.
