Vegetables Oats




Ingredients:

Roasted Oats - 1 cup
Mix Vegetables - 1/2 cup ( Mutter , Carrot , Onions, capsicum)
Salt To Taste
Water -1 cup
Cumin Seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Hing Pinch of
Turmeric Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Red chilly Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Oil - 1 Teaspoon
Coriander leaves - 2 Tablespoons

Method :

Take one pan & heat oil . Add cumin seeds , hing , turmeric powder and mix well.
Add Mix Vegetables and saute for 5 mini .
Add Roasted Oats , salt ,red chilly powder & mix well.
Add Water And simmer for 10 to 15 mini on slow flame .
Serve hot . garnish with coriander leaves .
