Raw Mango - 100 gm
Achhar Masala - 100 gm
Salt To Taste
Groundnut oil - 150 ml
Method:
Cut Raw Mango in to Small
Pieces. Add Salt and mix well . Keep a side for 3 to 4 hours .
Squeeze Raw mango and remove
water.
Take one bowl . add Raw mango
, Achhar Masala .Mix well .keep a side for 1 hour .
Heat Groundnut oil in pan
.leave it for room temperature. Pour oil into raw mango and mix well .
Ready to serve.
