Palak Pineapple Halwa






Ingredients:

Milk - 1 cup
Palak - 1/2 kg
Basil Leaves - 5 to 10
Khoya  - 2 Tablespoons
Powder Sugar - 2 Tablespoons
Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chopped Pista - 2 Tablespoons
Ricotta Cheese - 2 Tablespoons
Tinned Pineapple - 2 Tablespoons 

Method:

Take one pan . Add milk , palak Leaves , basil Leaves & mix well . Boil it for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove access milk and make smooth paste.
Take one pan  & heat . Add Khoya & saute for 2 minutes. Add Palak Paste , saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add Powder sugar , cinnamon powder & mix well .
Add Pista , Ricotta cheese  , tinned pineapple & mix well .saut√© for 1 minute.
Shape it as per your choice .
Serve it .
