Carrot Puri

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup
Rice Flour - 1/3 cup
Besan - 2 Tablespoons
Til (sesame seeds) - 2 Tablespoons + 2 Tablespoons
Grated Carrot - 3 Tablespoons + 3 Tablespoons
Curd - 3 Tablespoons
Salt To Taste
Oil - 2 Tablespoons
Hing - 1/2 Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder - 1 Teaspoon
Red Chilly Powder - 2 Teaspoons
Water As Required

For Topping Ingredients:

Spread Cheese - 2 Tablespoons
Hung Curd - 2 Tablespoons

Method :

Take one bowl. Add all ingredients with required water make semi soft dough. Keep a side for 10 minutes.
Divide dough in to 8 to 10  equal portions. Make puri and sprinkle Grated Carrot and til. Deep Fry it on slow flame.
Serve carrot puri with cheese spread and hung curd topping.
