Trio Potato Cheesy Kofta Curry

Ingredients For Kofta:

Boiled Mashed Potatoes  - 2 medium
Green Chutney ( Grind Fresh Coriander + Garlic + Green Chilly + Cumin Seeds + Salt + Curd) - 1 Tablespoon
Garam Masala - 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Processed Cheese - 1 Cube (Cut Into Small Pieces)
Fresh Bread Crumbs - As Required
Corn Flour -  2 Tablespoons
Water - As Required
Oil - To Deep Fry


Method For Koftas:

Take one bowl and add mashed potatoes, green chutney, garam masala , salt  and bread crumbs and mix it well.
Take each potatoes  portion, flatten it on your palm and place a cheese piece in the center. Gather the edges and shape into a triangle.
Make thin batter of water & corn flour. Deep potatoes triangle  in batter  & roll in the bread crumbs.
Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. deep fry potatoes triangle on low heat for two to three minutes or till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.


Ingredients For Curry

Onions Roughly Chopped - 2 medium
Tomatoes Roughly chopped - 6 medium
Garlic - 8 to 10 cloves
Ginger - 1 inch
Green Chilly - 2
Cashew nut - 10 to 12
Oil - 2 Tablespoons
Red Chilly powder - 2 Tablespoons
Garam Masala - 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Kasuri Methi - 1 Teaspoon
Water - As Required


Method For Curry:

Heat  1 tablespoon Oil in pan and add chopped onions , garlic cloves , green chillies , ginger saute for 1 minute.
Add chopped tomatoes and cashew nut  and saute  for 2 minutes on high flame.
After 2 minutes let it cool then grind and make smooth paste.
Heat  1 tablespoon oil in pan and add smooth paste.  Cook for 2 minutes.
Add red chilli powder , salt , garam masala mix it well . Add kasuri methi  mix it well . Add water as required .cook for 2 minute.
Ready to serve. Pour curry in bowl and put potatoes triangle koftas. Garnish with cheese triangle pieces. Serve with butter nan or parathas.
