Healthy Green Pancake



Ingredients:

whole Green Grams ( Sabut Moong) Soaked - 2 cup
Fresh coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup
Gralic - 6 to 8 cloves
Ginger - 1 Teaspoon
Green chillies-  3
Curd - 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Water As Required
Oil As Required

Method :

Soak  Green Gram for whole night.
Grind the green gram, ,fresh coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chillies and salt with water to a fine paste.
Heat oil in a non-stick tawa. Place a spoonful mixture on it. Spread it thinly.Cook on a medium heat for two to three minutes on each side or until done. 
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or masala curd.
