Green Pearl Pettis


Ingredients:

Rice Flour - 1 Cup
Water - 2 cup
Ajwain  (Carom Seeds) - 1 Teaspoon
Til  (sesame Seeds ) - 3 Tablespoons
Ginger Paste - 1 Teaspoon
Green Chilly Paste - 2 Teaspoons
Semi Crushed Fresh tuvar Dana - 1/2 cup
Cumin Seeds - 2 Teaspoons
Soda - 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Fresh Coriander - 2 Tablespoons


Method:

Take One Pan and heat 2 cup of water. Add Ajwain , Til , Ginger paste , green chilly paste ,cumin seeds , soda ,Salt and Semi crushed fresh tuvar dana.let them cook for 1 minute. Switch off the flame.
Add 1 Cup rice flour in the pan  and mix well . Add fresh coriander and mix well .Keep a side let it cool.
Divide into 6 to 8 equal  portions .
Shape ThePattis of your choice . Roll The Pattis In sesame seeds and deep Fried till golden brown.
Serve hot .
