Bhature



Ingredients :

Maida  - 2 & 1/2 cup
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Baking Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Soda - Pinch
Salt - 1 Teaspoon
Sugar - 1Teaspoon
Oil - 2 Tablespoon + To Deep Fry
Water - As Required

Method :
Take one bowl and mix all ingredients and add water as required and make soft dough. Keep a side
 6 to 8 hours.
Divide dough into 8 to 10 equal portion . Roll the bhature and deep fry both side till its  light brown.
